Rob GoffeeRob Goffee Professor of Organisational Behaviour at London Business School has published ten books and over 70 articles on organisational design, corporate culture and leadership. He has also led significant executive development and corporate change initiatives for the world's leading companies. Rob's presentations are highly thought provoking and filled with extremely useful advice for any organisation wrestling with a cultural problem.

Rob Goffee is Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the London Business School, where he teaches on the world renowned Senior Executive Programme. An internationally respected teacher and facilitator, he has led several of the School's major executive programmes, acted as Chair for the Organisational Behaviour Group, served as Deputy Dean and Governor, Director of the Innovation Exchange and Faculty Director of Executive Education.

He has taught executives from some of the world's leading companies in Europe, North America and Asia including Unilever, Nestlé, Sonae, Anglo-American, Axa, Electronic Arts, Heineken, InterContinental Hotels, KPMG, Legal and General, MLIM, Roche and Singapore Airlines. He also consults to the boards of a number of FTSE 100 companies.

Together with Gareth Jones, Rob founded CMA, a consultancy focused on organisations where creativity is a source of competitive strength. They offer substantive analysis, vivid examples, and pragmatic solutions to managers and executives who wish to explore the company's 'character' and turn that into the foundation for long-term, sustainable success. In 2009 and 2007 Thinkers 50, the global ranking of management gurus, placed him among the list of most influential thinkers.

Rob has published ten books and over seventy articles in the areas of entrepreneurship, managerial careers, organisation design, leadership and corporate culture.

His books include The Entrepreneurial Middle Class; Women in Charge; Entrepreneurship in Europe; Reluctant Managers; Corporate Realities; The Character of a Corporation; and Why Should Anyone Be Led By You?

His articles feature in Harvard Business Review, Leader to Leader, European Business Forum, Business Strategy Review, Management Today, People Management and The Financial Times.

He is the recipient of several teaching excellence awards and has contributed as a keynote speaker to conferences all over the world.

He is a recipient of the McKinsey Award for best article in Harvard Business Review and contributes regularly to TV and radio business programmes.

His latest book, Clever - Leading your Smartest Most Creative People, co-authored with Gareth Jones was published by Harvard Business School Press in 2009.
